Shipping Policies 

1. Processing Time

• Orders placed before 11 AM EST, are shipped out the next  business day.
• For orders of 6 cartons or more it may take one additional business day to ship out your order.

2. Shipping Time

The actual shipping time is based on your location.

 Ground Shipping: 2-7 business days (48 Contiguous United States Only)

• 3rd Day Air UPS:    3 Business Days
• 2nd Day Air UPS:    2 Business Days
• Next Day Air UPS: 1 Business Day

Expedited Shipping is available for additional fees. Please  contact us for the fees. 

3. PO Boxes & APO

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses

*** You are responsible to provide us with accurate address if your products  are lost due to wrong address provided by a customer, we are not responsible. We will be unable to provide a refund or a replacement item. 

*** If your products are lost or stolen you will have to file a claim directly with the shipping company for the lost item. All info needed will be provided to customers to file the claim.
